After the SOU message it is clear that ONO has such an ego that he is not willing at this point to recognize the will of the majority and alter his extreme program desires. Cap and trade, national health care, not going to be well accepted, that is evidenced in the election just held in MA, yet ONO still doesn’t get it.

Regarding the supreme court and ONO not liking that they changed it where others besides the main stream media can campaign without restrictions. He doesn’t like it because the DIM’s control the press and it is free campaign promotions every news cast. The restrictions block freedom of speech, that is why the court changed it, and ONO doesn’t like the idea that people or a business or a union can spend money now to oppose without limitations something they do not like. It takes billions of dollars to just break even with the main stream DIM broadcasts every evening on prime time news. In fact, already have seen where the dim’s are planning to whip up a law that will scoot around this ruling to get their way. I look at this as another example where the dim’s react and change laws left and right to suit their immediate needs, such as my comments on 1-20-10 about what they did in MA that turned around and bit them in the ass. It is like a group of small kids, playing a game, changing the rules as they play so that they will win.

With the developments during the past couple of weeks we consider it a minor victory, at least the crap proposed by the dim’s has been slowed down a bit, maybe common sense will appear in a few weeks and they will address Jobs and work on other legislation a little bit at a time. Sweeping changes to how our world works is not what we need.

1-23-10 ONO continues to amaze me at how completely stupid he is and how he has surrounded himself with stupid advisors. Smarting severely from the loss in MA and seeing that the country is NOT in favor of any of his force down our throat ideas, he changes course and is now attempting to ram home a anti bank, anti business and anti wall street pile of regulations. The reaction is a free fall in the market as millions loose more money as stocks drop in reaction to the proposed government control.

Government control. Do we see a pattern here? Control of the auto makers, health care, emissions, and now of all business. He may not say all business but it is if you have a lick of sense and know how the markets work. Once again, a proposal for complete and total government control of a particular aspect of America. You can’t do that!!! How many times will ONO prove he is not capable of understanding things? I don’t disagree that some changes need to be made, but he is doing exactly what he campaigned against when he raised up against Bush and his cowboy tactics. Well, ONO stated he is in this fight to regulate the financial system of our country and bring it on, he is ready for the fight.

Where we have a problem right now is the economy and the lack of jobs. ONO is focused on everything but that it seems. The stimulus bill did not work, has he noticed yet? Lets deal with the real problem first, lets get some people back to work, get them back to paying taxes and buying merchandise which creates jobs. This other stuff we can deal with on a step by step basis.

Why does ONO have to jump over the mountain when he could walk up the mountain one level at a time? You do not tell people or a business that you are going to change all the rules on how you do things without a negative reaction. DUH! Do you really think that a business will want to expand its operations and hire people when you threaten to put in new regulations that they must obey when they don’t know what they are. Investing in the market is a common practice used by every business for many years, it is a part of our economy, it is a part of how things work, we need some changes and some controls, but they need to be gradual and well thought out, otherwise we will create yet another market plunge and we sure as hell don’t need that.

1-20-10 I am very pleased to write today having witnessed what I believe to be change starting back to common sense last night in MA with the election of Brown to the senate. In a state where it is dim’s 3 to 1 it is a clear sign that people are paying attention, that they do not like the direction that ONO is trying to take our country with the aid of the current dim’s that follow him in lock step formation.

However, the funniest thing of all is how this came to pass. Back when Kerry was running for president, MA had a republican governor. The dim’s were worried that the current law where the governor would appoint someone to replace Kerry, i.e., a republican would work against their goals. So, what did they do? They shoved through legislation that required that an election be held, and removed the governor (the republican) from their master plan. Well, Kerry lost and time went on and low and behold what happens? Dead Ted dies on them and they have this law that they passed, they also have a DIM governor now, who, under the previous law that had been in place for many years could have simply appointed a dim replacement. But, they changed the law and now they must have an election. So, no problem, well, or so they thought as Brown pulled one out of his hat and the people of MA spoke their minds to tell the dim’s that enough is enough.

Had the dim’s not changed the law this would not have been an issue. Their manipulation to change the system to suit their immediate needs is what has caught them. Their own doing and I hope and believe that this is just the beginning of their undoing as their tricks, behind closed door tactics, law changes and forced programs and issues all come tumbling down on their heads.

I hope today is the first day of our road back, lets pray that it is.

We see the DIM’s at their finest right now as they say it is OK to make racist remarks and forgive them as long as they are made by a fellow DIM, yet, as demonstrated in the past they are outraged and demand the person be kicked out of office if it is a Republican who makes racist remarks. They also state clarity and openness for all proceedings yet continue to hold their meetings in private to include a meeting on openness of all things.

Do as I say, do as I demand, not as I myself do things. Clear as glass who they are and how they want to run things their way. I hope people are paying attention.

Why do we still have race problems? I didn’t realize they were so bad until ONO got into office. How many times has he said that what so in so wasn’t racist? We’re going backwards aren’t we?

Speaking of race, I wonder if the blacks who were so happy he won because they would receive "Obama Money" I wonder if they are wondering where their money is?

Wouldn’t it be great if Brown in MA won?

1-10-10 A friend sent me a copy of an article that I had read and since he did so I think I should make a comment about it here on my rant page.

The main stream media has recently produced report after report regarding Tiger Woods and his affairs. They have provided minute details to include who, when and where and even have extreme details regarding the night of the accident including and down to which club was used to break the window. And, they know more, and they will use it as they see fit to boost their headline grabbing goals as time passes. Add to this that the press can tell you every detail regarding Jon & Kate plus 8 as well as stories about most other celebrities that they choose to run stories on. Which brings up the question that we must ask. Who decides who they go after, who they try to tarnish, who they must reveal incriminating evidence on, or in other words, who’s life are they going to try and trash next? Who picks? Why do they pick someone while ignoring another?

The question begs to be answered regarding our dear president. The issue regarding where he was born, the issue regarding his academic records and at issue are also his documents when he was working as a community whatever in Chicago. Why are all of these documents not available? They have been asked for but not provided by ONO and his camp. What if he was born in Kenya and never actually really got a degree and had corrupt transactions while working in Chicago? Well, if any Republican were to fit that bill, then he would be trashed right? Not qualified, thrown on the trash heap. So, doesn’t it seem a bit strange that the main stream press does not even go after the answer to these questions?

And, I read today where there is a push to try to get a Republican senator candidate in MA to replace dead Ted in the upcoming election. Now that would be a HOOT let me tell you! Tea party is supposedly stepping up behind him, so lets home that is true, oh I hope so, what a message that would give to the DIM’s.. Real long shot but we can HOPE!!!!

1-8-10 New job data available today and it is not good. I was afraid that I was correct and the great stimulus package is failing to produce any significant jobs anywhere. Unemployment is at 10% plus and that is counting only the ones that they record each time, keep in mind they do not count in this figure those who have exhausted their benefits and those who have dropped from the rolls because they have stopped looking for jobs.

Reading the Charleston, SC paper this morning, an article does a pretty good job at pointing out that the big hunk of change SC has received from the stimulus package has not created jobs. It has only extended the "free" benefits to those who are not tax payers. It does go on and does give credit that some jobs were kept, such as teachers in some areas and some short term jobs were created, but it points out that the supposed 85,000 jobs it created according to the ONO gang is not correct, it is way short of that, but he didn’t give a number but implied way less than half of the boastful projection. So, lets say 30,000 jobs were kept or created, of that half are now gone or soon will be.

Not good news, and the problem remains and the new problem will appear shortly as this debt becomes due.

1-3-10 I find it interesting reading today that the Mayo clinic, the very one praised by ONO as the best in keeping health care costs low is now no longer accepting Medicare patients in its AZ clinic and is evaluating the possibility of dropping Medicare patients at other places too. This decision is based upon the low reimbursement amounts paid by Medicare. Well, if you have followed me on here for awhile I have addressed this several times. Medicare will only pay a specific amount for a certain procedure, provided they even authorize it for the particular care for that particular patient. As a result in some cases the doctor or the hospital or the clinic actually loses money by performing a test. So, I'm not for medical people making a fortune mind you, but if the test costs more than you get paid for running it, then there is a problem don't you think? And, the solution as I have talked about before on here is that doctors elect to not accept Medicare patients. Why would they want to take on a patient and loose money taking care of them?

This decision by the Mayo clinic makes reference to its current Medicare patient load and the upcoming possible increase in patients as a result of the proposed health care bill. They are taking action now to get out of the way in case it passes, pure and simple and who can blame them and others will follow as well. You create a welfare medical system, tell the doctors what they can charge and the result is going to be chaos as what few clinics that accept Medicare will be flooded with people.

Also in the news is a comprehensive study of C02 in the atmosphere. You know the stuff the DIM green's are wanting to ban by eliminating emissions? Well, first off they will say the study is wrong and that their study is right, however the new study shows absolutely no increase in C02 during the past 150 years. How they can go back that far I don't know but that is what it says.

We need C02 to survive. Our oceans and our plants (which includes our food) needs it to grow. If you eliminate it what will happen? We will have a problem, DUH! I think that our earth was created for us this way, if you have excess something or the other then it is naturally used up, bigger plants! It is a constant balancing of things but it works, so simply put, more people, more C02 is needed to feed them..

Also, have you noticed that this winter is a wee bit more severe than expected? This global cold stuff is all over the place so far, maybe the global warm stuff is right behind.

1-2-10 President Barack Obama is failing to properly address the terrorism threats facing our country and this is alarming. Either he is doing this because he is muslim himself or he is trying to avoid the criticism that Bush got by reacting super tough on terrorists. Lets assume it is the second reason...

We the people of the US expect our leader to be the top cop, the head guy, the point man at leading our country in all aspects and this certainly includes responding to those who attack our country. His reactions to an enemy attack should make us feel safe and quite frankly proud as we see our response is a strong one to counter attack or to heap some punishment on those who attacked us.

So far we have the Ft. Hood and the Detroit attack. His response has been to talk about it and have them investigated. And, in keeping with his promised changes we can expect that these terrorists will be tried in civilian court with the full benefit of our justice system and we will pay the costs accordingly. Well, I had a thought pop in my head. Lets say I am a Cuban for example, I want out of my country, well, the thing for me to do is to get to the US somehow and then be a terrorist. I'll be tried fairly, provided a place to stay and medical care and food. Ultimately I will be released and I will be better off for the experience rather than staying in Cuba with nothing.

What is it going to take? Will something nasty happen soon? I'm afraid so...

1-1-10 Happy 2010 everyone, and now let the new list begin... List? Yes, time to start a new page for ONO and hope that it isn't as long of a list as 2009 was.

ONO clearly demonstrated during 2009 that he is not capable of performing the duties of president. Never mind the fact he isn't eligible even (that will eventually come out in 6-8 years). During 2009 ONO said many things while doing other things, he seemed confused, lost on his message and not up to date most of the time. The legislation that he wants is a pay back to liberal DIM's who are writing it in the house and senate, ONO still doesn't know what it says and it doesn't matter, just as long as he gets something passed.

While the health care bill is the main focus, slowly other dumming down is occurring and we saw just that on the flight into Detroit. We are very lucky 300 people didn't get killed. This is the result of ONO replacing people with his choices of less qualified people. This could be said also for GM, the man in charge there has no automotive experience what so ever, now they are selling cars at half price on discontinued models. In any case, less than a year passed and they almost got a bomb through, I truly hope his rhetoric of late regarding our security is legit and not just a bunch of wind once again.

Pay attention people, ONO was elected by solid support among those who live off of the government. If you receive something for free from the government for doing absolutely nothing, then your a DIM, if you work for a living and try to better yourself and your family, then some of you voted for ONO because you wanted to show how great you were by doing so. Well, you screwed up... For whatever reason I hope to hell you see now that our country is in debt up to its ass, unemployment is worse than ever, business is reluctant to do anything for fear of the ever changing laws being passed and talked about and our national security has once again become an issue.

2010 has got to be a better year or we will find ourselves in a position where unemployment will remain and increase, where those who make money will reduce what they make, entitlement will run rampid and suddenly we will find that our money is worth squat.

I say, lets bring on inflation, time to rein things in, jack the interest rates up to 12%, stop the give away programs and make people realize that it is time to knuckle down and get back to work for awhile.
